- Basic inquiry information (procedure type, dates)
- Messages you send us
How we use data
- To respond to your request and provide a quote
- To coordinate logistics and recovery sessions if booked
- To communicate with your surgeon/clinic when needed (with your consent)
Retention & deletion
We keep your inquiry data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with applicable obligations. You can request access or deletion by contacting us.
